Making Your Fantasy Island Tire Cover

  First, this means selecting the best affordable Marine Vinyl for this product, and after that.                         

      The second step is cutting the vinyl to the proper size to make your tire cover.

       The third step is to print the face of the Tire Cover with the image of your choice.

        The fourth step is to send the Tire Cover through a drying and aging process to ensure the proper setting of the UV ink.

         The fifth step is sending all the parts to the sewing department, where the sewers complete the sideband by sewing the proper elastic shock chord into a hem on one side of the band. Next, the piping is made with a cut vinyl part and a poly filler.

         Meanwhile, the sixth step is assembling all the parts. The piping is sewn around the edge of the Tire Cover’s face, and then the sideband is sewn onto the face of the cover.

  Most importantly, everything considered, including any options, will be appropriately applied during the above process.
