Custom Grafix warranty obligations for this product are limited to the terms set forth below:

Custom Grafix Industries Inc. warrants this Custom Grafix – branded product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a sewing or printing defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Custom Grafix will either (1) repair the defect at no charge, (2) exchange the product with a product of equal value, or (3) refund a partial purchase price of the product. The limited warranty does not cover problems arising from vandalism, theft, print abrasion from impact, imprint staining from improper installation, car wash abuse and use of any oil base cleaners or polishes. Customer must pay for all shipping.)

Extended One Year Warranty

Same as the standard free warranty but extends it another 12 months, giving you a total of 15 months protection for $21.95!
