In some cases, we may not offer a carrier shipment that you might know to be available. However, it is in our Customers’ best interests in the end that we set standards. The receiver is responsible for any import duties/taxes applicable to shipments outside the USA and its territories.
No Checks are accepted from outside the USA.
TIME TO SHIP
Many of our covers are cut to size before final assembly according to your specifications at the time of Order. That is why it is crucial for you to tell us your correct tire diameter. We do this at no extra charge. Therefore, please be patient and generally allow up to 3 business days for your cover to ship after payment information has been received. In rare cases, a particular design may be out of print. In these cases, please allow an additional week so that your Order may be queued into the next print run.

The design you choose will be shipped as per the above policy. We realize that your Special Occasion may be coming soon, and we appreciate that. But we can only keep our prices low and our quality to the highest standards by giving each Order the time and care it deserves. Expecting us to expedite your Order is not only unfair to customers who have already ordered but unfair to your gift recipient.
If the delivery time should be a concern, we suggest you print a copy of the picture of your selection for presentation to your recipient while awaiting delivery. We now give you this one-time, exclusive permission to use this copy-righted image.

CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You received a Confirmation E-mail when you submitted your Order (if you gave your valid E-mail address). This will serve as your receipt. We DID RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AND ARE PROCESSING IT if you received this. You will receive another E-mail the day we Ship your Order.
The only Mode of Shipping for which we provide Tracking Numbers is UPS Ground Shipping (available for Continental USA Street Addresses only). For ALL other Shipping Options, we can not know exactly when your order will be delivered. In ALL cases (including UPS), we do not research Tracking Numbers or Delivery Dates. We do not have sufficient personnel to handle the phones for these types of inquiries while maintaining our economical pricing.
ALL SALES FINAL
Because items require final assembly, all sales are considered final once the order is placed. We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction and repair or replace any defective or incorrect product due to our mistake.
Returns will only be accepted for defects in manufacturing or incorrect product by our prior approval and will be for repair or exchange only, at our option.
Many of our items require final assembly according to your specifications at the time of Order. Therefore, all order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking charge, along with the original and return shipping charges if shipped. When returning, you must send in the Original Box and make sure that when packed, that print area is folded outward or protected so that no ink is touching any other ink area.
